Guideline For Application Form
You may fill up the application form properly and attach a NEFT/ D.D./ Cheque for an amount of Rs.7080/- (including GST 18%) for more than Rs.10 Crore or Rs.4720/- (including GST 18%) for Less than Rs.10 Crore depending on your organization the total capital investment, drawn in favour of “HARYANA ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SOCIETY” payable at Gurugram along with on accompanied by a letter head requesting for membership, with the following documents / details: -
1.A request letter on accompanied Letter Head
2.Affixing organization authorized stamp at the end of Part - C & signature of the competent authorized person of your organization.
3.To give E-mail ID, Mobile & Contact numbers etc. organization & authorized representative name.
4.Authorized Representative not less than Ranke of Manager.
5.Board Resolution of Authorized Representative.
6. Product of Unit & Type of Waste.
7. Should be Attached C.A. Certificate; if your organization total capital investment is less than Rs.10 Crore.
8. “Part – B” for Associate Member’s only
